Clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter, the one can detect the flow in pipe without destroy the pipe, in the meanwhile may have the problem of low signal detected.
1. Problems on setting parameters: From the on site test report, we can summarize that the thickness gauge of the pipe size within DN50mm is 3mm or 5mm.
Then For example, if the pipe size =DN100mm, setting the Menu 11=106mm or 110mm will be more easy to get a strong signal.
The thickness gauge of the pipe size over DN500mm is 10mm. Will be better if have a ultrasonic thickness gauge on site, will more helpful to get an exact parameters for ultrasonic flow meter measurement.
